2 Versions of Lightroom loaded?

i somehow have 2 versions of lightroom on macbook pro - lightroom 5 , lightroom cc 2015. can uninstall lightroom 5? affect or erase catalogs created using version? computer maxed out on space , need delete something. actual photos saved external drive. lightroom catalogs can't moved off operating hard drive. think have multiple catalogs of same thing - listed differently number increment @ end of catalog name. appreciated.

yes, may uninstall older version of lightroom computer, , in future if want , may upgrade catalogs created in lr 5 lr cc 2015.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
