hello,   we have been strugling xml import. adobe not give creating proper xml file got working. somehow tags not work. earlier got fine sample file made have real work do.   i changed content easier troubleshooting here's few pics. structure should fine. tags column_id_3 , column_id_5 work column_id_4 not. changed content , created new document few times nothing seems , there's nothing wrong can see.   do have idea?           More discussions in InDesign adobe

hello,   i have frustrating problem, , appreciate insight it. i have created video work, based on both text , images, text. work meant projected on wall/screen (and be   shown on vimeo , youtube), size is: 1800px x 2850px. i have tried render work in varied ways (both in after effects , media encoder): h.264, lossless, vbr, 2 pass, target 18.50 mbps; unchecked frame blending; checked use maximum render quality. tried render straight vimeo preset. yet, although images sharp, text shrinks , jagged (the size of typeface 50px). furthermore, , perhaps important thing, text loses proportion in relation frame size. means smaller should be. since there many animation components text, , 50 layers, wish find way render file without need re-build whole work again in lower res.   any ideas, mistake is? thanks! we know nothing comp nor system or version of ae. best guess therefore using wrong 3d camera view or have text animator applied behaving in unexpected ways...   mylenium More discussions

mac　os x el capitan環境をクリアインストールで作り、adobecreativecloudをインストールしています。 lightroom（2015）をインストールしたところ、ソフト自体はインストールに成功したのですが、アップデートの最中でエラーが出ます。   調べてみると、下記esetとの相性が良くないという回答を見つけました　（osや対象ソフトの環境が微妙に違いますが確かに私もesetを利用しています。） re: 【u44m1|210】creative cloud製品のアップデートで u44m1|210 エラーが発生する   関連するかと考え、セーフモードで起動しアップデートを試みたのですが、やはり失敗します。（esetが起動していない状況なので、esetとは関係無いのかな・・と。） ちなみに、同時にphotoshopも入れていますが、こちらは成功しました。   何度やっても同じ現象。再起動をしても同じ現象、時間を変えても同じ現象というところまでは確認しています。 一度、lightroomをアンインストール、再インストールを実施しましたがやはり同じ状況。 クリアインストールしたので、表現はしにくいですが、比較的クリアな環境です。   どなたか、同一の状況になっている方いらっしゃいますでしょうか。 上記質問、　2015/11/25現在　でアップデートできました。 この質問のあと、何度かためしましたがアップデート出来ずでしたので、この日付近辺のアップデートでなにか変更があったのか・・謎ですが、とりあえずうまく行きました。 LIGHTROOM CLASSIC CC (Japan) でのその他のディスカッション adobe

hello,   i new after effects, , i'm trying animate character puppet tool. i started off parenting layers , setting puppet pins. now third thing gonna do, animate position of character's body, whenever change position of these parented layers, still shows outlines of layers' old position.. what doing wrong?     example of happens when change position: you cannot add other animation puppet pin layer. no position change, no rotation, no scale. must complete of animation using puppet pins if need todo repositioning or other animating must pre-compose layer. this problem recreated on 5 machines (win 10 x3, win 8.1 , mac) - 3 staff sharing files.   we're seeing crashes innocuous events (trying insert page or column break - via either menu commands or keystrokes, or applying para styles -- again via styles menu or shortcuts).   program crashes, upon restart, attempts make adjustment text insert point crash occurs again. other edits can happen elsewhere in doc, spot seems hold corruption. we've tried lot of environment observation (what programs running elsewhere, machine set up, etc). can't see specific issue (one staffer called adode , solution downgrade 2014).   of course i'm perplexed issue, it's odd can't find footprint on web - i've got 3 people 3 different set ups encountering issues pretty reproduced. has else see this? corrupt font perhaps? i bought copy of adobe photoshop elements 14 , premier elements 14 (bundled) amazon.com.  pse14 installed ok, premier pse14 had error software being pirated.  contacted amazon.com , sent me new copy of software.   when got new software, made sure pse14 , premier pse14 totally uninstalled, restarted computer, , tried again new installation media.  pse14 once again installed no problems, premier pse14 threw same error again.   i'm trying resolve before contacting amazon.com again.  said if happened again, refund money , take product off of store until issue resolved.   of course, cannot ahold of @ adobe talk human these installation problems , adobe , support material don't seem have information on version 14 software loaded online yet.  if weren't photoshop elements, give , move on other product.  think adobe has of worst customer service around.  i've used pse since version 5.  when works, works good, when doesn't, may give on adobe provide kind of quick assistance.
