im trying make script detect changes in pixels.i have image sequences has been animated on 4s . frames identical 4 separate frames , changes. detect change automatically . sort of "magnum - edit detector" high sensitivity cause every change should registered new frame. it text plugin... everytime there new "frame" should put new number.   cant find in scripting language on how done.   from jesper i dont think scripts can access image pixels. a work around, 1 used magnum, add temp color control (or slider if 1 component needed) sampleimage expression , set/harvest values 1 one. if need spot changes pixel accuracy, wrong direction imo. but detect whether @ least 1 change occured, whatever position in image, whatever "intensity" of change, might ok.   (one advice, sorry if obvious, given frame better put loops inside expresion rather set/read in loop).   xavier. i'm create 8.5x11 recipe booklet in indesign. there 20-25 recipes. each recipe have photo, ingredient list, instructions , chef spotlight includes photo , description. best workflow this? there way designate areas of template specific types of content? or need manually place each recipe, etc. on each page? appreciated. set template; can copy each page keep content consistant. all text on page should formatted paragraph styles, , instances of bold, italic, etc should set character styles.  way, when decide font, size or color of element needs change, can fixed 1 time (in style) instead of 25 times (once on each page)   the format recipes in dictate best way them document. my macbook pro has set images recent trip in folder, created several collections on macbook pro.  have copied these "master" images , related collections imac.  folder structure master images on imac in different location on macbook pro.   have since done editing of of collections on imac.    on subsequent trip, took macbook pro previous trip still on it, has been untouched since had loaded imac. while on new trip edited of images in of collections had not been edited on imac.    now need sync these edited collections on macbook pro collection on imac.  how do that?   if need delete collection on imac , sync edited collection macbook, have no problem in deleting collection on imac since not trying preserve it.  still - how bring across single collection (out of many) macbook imac, , insure new collection links master images (stored in different location on imac)  without having move whole catalog , related master images.  hope clear :-)   hi,   the collections saved inside

i'm creating fill-able pdf office. intent print document (so scrolling text not option). bottom of document must same departments (hence using pdf) amount of text each department needs type in varies. possible have 1 large text box allows text auto-fit (i.e. under appearance font size: auto) while having ability type multiple lines? in acrobat pro dc, if select both multi-line (in options) , auto (for text size) text not auto fit. possible have both of these options? have tried adobe phone , chat support, no help. thank you! it should work, point. when text becomes small either scroll bar appear, or not able enter more text field (depending on state of "scroll long text" property). it doesn't make sense make text smaller , smallar ad infinitum . so did: - installed windows 7 on old pc - installed new indesign cs 2 installation file (without online activation) : https://helpx.adobe.com/nl/creative-suite/kb/cs2-product-downloads.html - installed upgrade 5.5 bought last year   no problem after entering cs 5.5 serial, asked enter type , serial of old product bought upgrade for. when (indesign cs 2 part of complete cs 2 premium package) installer won't accept both original serial number on box or new serial number [serial number removed moderator] btw, upgrade works fine on other pc, remember there als problems during installation. hi folks,   i've got format plugin i've got working fine using pluginmodegray16 import, optionally have more precision. if try   formatrecord->imagemode = pluginmodegray32; formatrecord->depth = 32;   it throws up, if don't set buffers. using pluginmodegray16 , not setting buffers gets me empty, sized image. there limitation doing import 32 bit files?   i saw reference on thread few years couldn't use pluginmodergb96 , falling pluginmodergb48 32 bit content seems there's can trip on there, nothing in thread suggested solution.   thanks, eric so did more digging , found problem in case others hit this. through pluginmodegray16 what's expected, photoshop doesn't pluginmodegray32 , wants use pluginmodegrayscale;   formatrecord->imagemode = pluginmodegrayscale; formatrecord->depth = 32;   i haven't tried it, suspect other dev having problems pluginmodergb96 might same issue. use rgb , set 32 bit/channel in depth.   regards, eric More discussio

we're photography group using lightroom store, edit, , manage community archive. hosting several 1,000 photographs, @ least 100 being added every month. have master pc running lightroom 5 , on host main archive of edited , keyworded images. have slave pc running lightroom 5 - used members of group , drop-in members of community add , edit photographs before submitting them main archive. , have 12 committed photographers actively taking images project, doing own editing , keywording @ home using own versions of lightroom 5.   we have detailed master keyword list. appropriate community archive, it's long, hierarchical, , detailed, since needs identify images general content (building / transport /event etc) , specific content (being local towns , villages). of main photographers, , master, , slave pcs hosting same keyword list.   what need know efficient way (if possible) export keyworded images individual photographers , slave pc archive pc without corrupting keyword lists much.

i see questions , answers of locating missing files , folders on forums can't seem find answer this. photo library harddrive moved new pc , have new lr install, opened , updated backed catalog. hierarchy of folders changed little in moved level. photos still in respective folders before. know how link individual missing photos, have on 25,000 missing right now. hd use shows in lr on left pane there no folders beneath because it's not linked. there way link entire hd finds folder below? can't use find missing folder option because there no folders showing grayed out. frustrated. tips. you should see folders displayed in original location, , each 1 of folders should have "?" on it. if case, should able right-click on topmost folder , choose update folder location. if can update location of subsequent folders. hi,   i want make paragraph style caption. font size 5. first line needs have 5 pt leading , second line needs have 6 point leading. there way select paragraph style or need set different leading each line manually every time?   adrian could done, suppose, using character style nested line style, why need this? leading value of first line doesn't affect first baseline in text frame. better way set first baseline @ 5 pts. when indesign book exported epub3 fxl, brief report appears lists warnings , errors process. doesn't seem able saved, , must dismissed export process complete , save file, that's different issue.   if hyperlink in book targeting text anchor in file not in book, there warning. warning merely indicates missing file. doesn't tell me source of hyperlink located.   after bit of editing of book files, got 2 hyperlink errors. 1 straightforward, linked different version of 'references' file in directory, , matter of finding added link went wrong place. other error tricky.   the file destination 'indesign clipboardscrap1' got confused during editing process (i had insert page or two). can't view clipboardscrap hint of might go, left searching entire book, link link, find dodge one. book 900 pages , pages may have 10-20 links, major undertaking.   is there easy way find broken hyperlinks, , more particularly source? checking during export can it, getting informat

this posting not question, merely suggestion....... if have encountered issue, feel free ad opinion.   there has been ongoing issue adobe dng converter when changing display text size on system. happening when standard display resolution of 100% not used; bottom of popup window of dng converter cropped out , command buttons not available. not in world can 100% rule. possible fix text size issue dng converter simple.   1. make popup window of program adjustable 2. enlarge popup window lengthwise 30% , leave 30% blank, when window cropped different display percentage command buttons still available   in order use lr5 newer model cameras, must use dng converter.   i purchased upgrade lr6 (which included newer model cameras) new , improved version created unwanted issues , reduced processing speed. wait, before post how turn , off or on resolve issues, not question post , have been down road already.   maybe 1 of mvp's of site have courage use awesome powers persuade adobe address issu

hi, there anyway stop videos being cached in library/caches/adobe/lightroom/video/media cache files ?   i purged cache, got deleted starts cache again videos have, killing space on 256 gb drive !! i have external hard drive precisely avoid storing files on small hd, yet, lightroom forces videos copied (cached) in there.   i'm using mac el captain. hi uglook ,   you can limit cache size 1 or 2gb video cache going under preferences > file handling > check option "limit video cache" , mention value under maximum size. this limit size of video cache , not have manually purge cache everytime.
