how find 1394 connected digital video camcorder prem elements 13?

premiere elements 13/13.1 , 14 (latest version) not support dv or hdv data capture firewire premiere elements capture window.

the last version of premiere elements has feature premiere elements 12/12.1. please refer adobe document on matter , suggested workarounds situation.

removed features , unsupported file formats | adobe premiere elements 13

 

you can still capture firewire application , transfer captures premiere elements 13/13.1 using project's add media/files , folders/.

 

what computer operating system involved?

if windows....
