hi there.  i'm evaluating few different eforms products on market.  1 of adobe livecycle.  i've got whole bunch of questions i'd answered both business workflow perspective , architecture perspective.  challenge i'm having appropriate forums seem have little activity.   is there anyway can ask questions adobe sales rep or staff?  how this?  have contact?   any appreciated.   thank you! can me out or point me in right direction? i'm new working software experiences major issues whenever new operating system rolled out, updated el capitan showed on imac without second thought. mistake have made once , never again. premiere work thirty seconds before experiencing complete shut down due "unknown error." i've browsed enough forums know there won't fix until adobe releases update or several , option revert older os until then.   this unacceptable. don't have luxury of enough external hard drive space take files i've saved since update , move them somewhere else can revert backup that's 2 months old. there no warning adobe not update el capitan (that made aware of) , therefore, doesn't matter @ fault, adobe no longer providing me program can use, still have pay it. want refunded last month of subscription because i've been able put in maximum of 5 minutes on project before i've saved 15 copies of same project , edited maybe 1 piece of dialogue before shuts down completel

this has traditionally been stable app on ipad air , iphone 5s. have been using on , off several years. i'm guessing has latest ios upgrade. fixed in time. hate being 1 of people leave feedback when time honored app misbehaving. am. forward being able use app again. otherwise, taking precious space on ipad , iphone. apologies problem. dot release fix coming soon. in mean time, if have projects saved in creative cloud, can delete app , reinstall again. , let projects sync cloud. potentially resolve crashing issue. i'm editing photographer's wedding on computer, through lr6. has lr5. if upgrade existing lr5 catalog (i began edits on computer), able transfer ratings , edits on lr5 catalog of same files, once i'm finished? you can write metadata xmp in lightroom 6, , in lightroom 5 read metadata. edits not transfer lightroom 5 if specific edit did not exist in lr 5, rest of edits transfer.   you can't via transferring catalog files, if 1 person has earlier version of lightroom. can illustrator please allow users disable welcome screen when program loads? can in photoshop, , it's fantastic! i'm not saying rid of welcome screen, i'm sure there people it, if have, ps does, checkbox says: "don't show welcome screen on startup", fantastic of can't stand it.   to me welcome screens slow, annoying, , unnecessary. when want working, last thing want screen takes way long load getting in way of using software. it's unnecessary roadblock. file>new, or file>open, etc, far faster, , less aggravating alternatives. ok app store offers app called photoshop express there photoshop slate along many others. assumed these apps in way supported adobe , placed in app store customers can take advantage of simple tasks on devices mentioned in subject line. spent half hour person referred me here forums. issue simple experiencing. both offer options use adobe id , password login. reason apps fail authenticate, can open safari on iphone example - go adobe online website page log in , accept credentials fine. if adobe doesn't support these apps shouldn't in app store in opinion. there here works adobe can explain why apps won't let me login (and correct problem). adobe creative cloud app fails let me log in although can use imac app , right in. hi mel,   our apps meant able create when away desktop , want support use , users. bad having issues logging in express , slate. let know if have tried restarting apps , tried login again. might know device , operating system on.   thanks, manu anand pho

just feedback really. on iphone have login either lightrooms/capture etc every other day on average. have cramping style. launches initial screen giving hints if had installed it, have log in.   i thought perhaps apps had been updated nothing in app store suggest this.   i have real long password, not 1 can remember inhibits spontaneity because invariably have log in means digging through manager find it.   dropbox etc once logged in stay way, adobe mobile apps need same hi gareth,   thanks posting this; it's first i've heard repeated sign-in capture. i've checked in capture team see if cropped them (i haven't had problem myself it's possible have). in meantime, couple of questions:   you mentioned lightroom; seeing problem other of our mobile apps? what version of ios using? by chance use this/these apps on ipad? if so, having same problem there? is there consistency regard "when" sign-in request happening? hello, suddenly few days ago "adobe photoshop elements 10 editor" stopped working on imac.. officially purchased app store in 2012 $ 79.99. , until few days ago worked perfectly! @ moment, when click on icon system thinking (20 seconds) icon jumps stops , nothing happens, no errors ... nothing.   no updates in system. try solve problem re-installing product did not find in app store now.   so now? i having same issue, same program, same purchase time.  receiving error message: “adobe photoshop elements 10 editor.app” damaged , can’t opened. delete “adobe photoshop elements 10 editor.app” , download again app store.  i let know if receive kind of resolution. using windows 10 (also issue windows 7) on lenovo m series thinkcentre i7 cpu , 8gb ram.   (1) tried install creative cloud manager. result error message "acrobat dc can't installed. acrobat dc cannot installed. update acrobat dc uninstall existing version of acrobat."   (2) in creative cloud manager, beside update button acrobat dc, there manage application dropdown button. button gives me opportunity uninstall program. if run that, on manager's banner says uninstalling acrobat x (0%) on 1 second.   as there no version of acrobat dc listed in programs , features, uninstalled acrobat x. same result. in file explorer, in c:/program files/adobe, there no directory acrobat. in c:/program files (x32)/adobe/acrobat, there directory acrobat 10.0. thus, there no evidence acrobat dc every installed.   i have deleted acrobat 10.0 directory (as software uninstalled), , received same issues in (1) , (2).   please let me know how clean registry or perform other effort can acrobat

i have sql database showing hourly booking slots admin web page. i'm trying find out how set front end web page show people slot presently available/unavailable?   this first project in dw , appreciate help/guidance. what database , backend programming language using? makes big difference.   here general info: store date , time in database's date/time format, using datetime data type. not store dates text. mysql format this: yy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss you return hour slots database array, then, programming language iterate through possible hours in sequence, asking "if 2pm slot taken, mark taken, else mark free."   . . .however, think challenging first project not know php or backend language.  challenging. if hope allow people register slot , pay it, becomes advanced project. may want read couple of books on php before start working on this.
