Adobe Acrobat 10 will not reinstall with Web Premium Suit in Windows 10

i have adobe cs6 web design premium. upgraded windows 10. had issues dreamweaver , photoshop crashing. adobe suggestion reinstall products. deactivated products, uninstalled , restarted computer. when ran install installed except indesign , acrobat pro 10. when tried reinstall got message products not installed. these products part of suite purchased , must able reinstalled these pruchased products.

an idea may work install and/or run old programs in windows 10

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
