hi, burned isos , dvds using pe11 (32bit) on pcs under win7 , win10, both 64bit. recently, upgraded pe14 (64bit) burning either iso or dvd no longer works. process starts usual, burning session stops without specific message @ 1%. hours later, there no apparent progress. task manager depicts 2 processes: i) adobe premiere elements , ii) adobe premiere elements burning (32bit). in state, killing 2 processes option, because pe14 gui not respond.   what can do--other regress pe14 (32bit) or pe11 (32bit)? - henning first try uninstalling , reinstalling premiere elements 14.   also, in premiere elements preferences (under edit menu) uncheck option use graphics accelarator on general page and, on media page, clear media cache. premiere pro cc 2015 plays audio fine through external speakers 'line-out' selected output device.  when alt-click volume icon in top right corner of screen , switch "headphones" premiere continues play audio through external speakers.  not volume , mute buttons no longer work.  earlier morning functionality working fine.  went preferences--->playback-->video devices , checked boxes next adobe monitor 1 2 , 3.  problem started.  attached settings below...     hi,   what other options have in preferences > audio hardware under "default output" dropdown? can open mac "audio midi setup" panel , post screenshot?   also, under preferences playback, want select 1 monitor you'll use fullscreen output through transmit. others should remain deselected you'll using application window.      had brand-new computer built few days ago, running on windows 10. first thing attempted download cc photoshop on it. after downloading , running installer, ran, closed, , left app icon on desktop, when clicked icon, nothing happened. nothing attempts open, no error messages, nothing.        attempted uninstall, when trying uninstall control panel, button doesn't anything. restarted computer , attempted uninstall, again, no use. trying again, locked out of start bar , forced use restore point. tried download , run again, same results.        i'm able install , uninstall other programs fine, i'm thinking might issue on adobe's end. wish there error box popped up, troubleshoot that. first windows computer in long time, , i'm not tech-savvy want be, if means going files, i'd clear instructions.   i appreciate help, thanks! hi, you may first open task manager , close adobe processes background. hi,   i have 22 indesign documents have different page sizes , contain 36 different layers in each document. decided consolidate these documents 1. problem i'm having when delete bar 1 of pages new multi page document , save file documents file size doesn't compare size of original single page version of document i.e.   original single page document = 3.3mb multipage document 1 page remaining = 19.5mb   i have tried save , overwritten file still no joy in bringing file size down. way can seem make file smaller export document idml.   the large document size seems have effect on size of pdf well.   original single page document exported pdf = 1.5mb multipage document 1 page remaining = 9.9mb   the contents of both document same it's multipage document has had bar 1 pages deleted.   many thanks, nik my guess, , that's is, file retaining multiple page size info, along unused styles , swatches in other pages. idml stripping out.
