i froze p.c. reinstall after format have not had time deactivate product installed how can do? can reset? keep option install on 2 computers home , office!

contact adobe support thru chat when available , ask them reset activations (closed weekends)

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if fails connect try using different browser.
