hello,   i've been having issue photoshop quite time , no 1 seems have solution. noticed issue last year when still on photoshop cc 2014, have feeling issue has been around longer. on latest version of cc 2015 , issue still present. video card nvidia geforce gtx 770 , have latest drivers installed. when computer idle, video card throttles gpu , memory clock lowest possible level save power. video card idles @ 35c (95f) temperature, core/memory clock of 135mhz/324mhz. start photoshop, core/memory clock jumps 1,058mhz/3,506mhz maximum video card can do. video card temperature goes 49c (120f) while photoshop running.   all happening while photoshop sitting idle. disable 3d acceleration in photoshop, issue resolved. don't benefits of 3d acceleration. please note photoshop not create load on gpu while it's idle (0% gpu load), force run @ maximum core/memory speed. use several demanding applications, not single of them except photoshop. other applications (including lightroom!) a

hey friendly people! i'm trying figure out how make sure content of bleeds show in pdf format.   i need bleed printer -- way make sure color bleeds, , don't end weird line of white around side of poster.   here's margin , bleed of image looks in indesign: the gradient supposed bleed off page, can see. and here document settings: and here export pdf settings:     now, here's created: see how gradient not bleed over? somehow export cropping out gradient, still adding space , marks bleed.   what gives? how heck can thing bleed? i have profiled monitor yet i'm finding prints closer monitor renders when let printer (epson 3880) handle color management when let lr handle it. yes, i've turned off "printer manages color" in printer controls. i've tried both perceptual , relative colormetric , noticed no real differences. tried printing photoshop produced prints furthest displayed on monitor. i'm using brilliant exhibition luster paper , believe correct profile (brilllusterep3880pk). overall, prints have magenta cast when using profile , appear more neutral when using "printer manages color."   any ideas? hi ericgraig   greetings!   have color calibrated monitor? does happens other applications too? check if printer drivers date(download manufacturer's website make sure 3880 not 3800) also if have  turned off color management in printer, have use icc profile in lr matches printer , paper you're using,example   regards ~ akash More discussions in Lightroom Classic CC

i have photoshop document few layers of same image have different amounts of "threshold" applied, when coloured differently make multi-layer "posterize" style image.   i've done before , it's worked great, no issues.  today after doing it, going fine, used image trace [which have in previous iterations of technique] on top layer , good, worked perfectly, 2nd layer, returned error message of "this operation cannot completed, reason: can't". when "ok" clicked of illustrator crashes. if try , open exact same psd opened in illustrator, returns error "file not readable". able make psd cmyk document , opened again, tried process on , came same errors both times.   i recorded 2nd attempt if might figure out happens [please excuse ****** drawings haha] why - youtube i believe it's layer titled "darker" causes error. attempt figure out why - think might border being detailed [but have tracing of entire image, in border
