Sync Adobe Illustrator scripts, graphic styles, brushes, pattern swatches, symbols, actions

i offer training , support fashion business , schools. have great creative cloud issue of our customers have well.

in link above adobe promises creative cloud sync graphic styles, brushes, symbols , swatch libraries. in reality not happen. experimenting issue since day 1 creative cloud started.

 

myself , our customers have big problems when adobe updates new illustrator version. when adobe customer upgrades, following settings , assets not synced:

* graphic style libraries

* brushes libraries

* symbols libraries

* swatches libraries

* scripts

* actions

 

we offer our customers package of usefull add-ons in terms of written above. everytime customer updates illustrator version have re-configure illustrator remotely using teamviewer. although adobe promise should sync of these assets except scripts.

 

i sincerally hope there way in contact adobe discuss issue. use of expensive creative cloud subscription when sync not promises.

 

adobe say, need use creative cloud libraries on. unfortunately, libraries feature not save graphic styles, pattern brushes, scatter brushes, pattern swatches, scripts, etc. making useless of designers in fashion.
