html 5 to wordpress without plugin

hi,

 

a little searching shows lot of talk embedding cp project using plugin, yet host i'm on not let me add plugins (rainmaker). looking way add html 5 published project on post or page in order permit project viewed ios or other mobile platforms....

 

any thoughts or ways make happen , avoid using swf files?

what authoring end of wordpress setup like? typical wp dashboard? , captivate project set fit body width of wordpress front end?

 

depending on dashboard, there's wordpress html editor (as opposed visual editor), isn't great. (in fact, it's set default funny things code write there.) 1 thing i'm wondering if embed captivate index.html iframe within body. there plugins doing (i know …), there might no-plugin solutions too. however, they'd require edit php. default, wordpress doesn't iframe tags.

 

without plugins, or without playing php files, reckon might not possible.
