Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Updater error: 130200 in Win 7 64bit

adobe acrobat reader dc updater error: 130200 not covered in support issues. have follow suggestions, none  worked! using windows 7 ultimate 64bit

 

after downloading dc updater adobe - acrobat : windows

the update correct: adobe acrobat dc version 2015.009.20069

 

also tried microsoftfixit attempt correct installer, no success.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
