I can't authorize my laptop because I have authorize my computer before, help please.

hi everyone,

 

i have problem, used use work computer read e-books, , authorize computer ade id. l left work , uninstalled ade in computer, , when go install ade in home laptop ade tell me cant authorize computer id because used authorize other computer. can't understand why. bit frustrating spend 80 € in 2 books degree , can't read it. please, has had same problem , can me? lot. regards.

 

notes: have restarted password , can access adobe count on internet.

which operating system do use?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
