Distributables with the HTML Help (CHM) file. Do we have to give a dll?

there unclear me in help

i creating regular chm file.

the in framemaker says:

 

"hhactivex.dll adobe activex control provides support online glossaries , browse sequences. install , register hhactivex.dll file on user systems. copy file appropriate location same folder chm."

 

 

do have give developers dll file in order chm displayed correctly?

it not clear me?

you need provide file if chm file using glossary tab function or browse sequences function in chm files create.

 

these features in compiled chm (and when proper dll registered , working:

note there 2 different versions of microsoft html viewer used present chm file. 1 32 bit systems , 1 64 bit systems. such, there 2 different versions of hhactivex.dll file distribute.

 

again, file needed if using either of 2 features mentioned. if aren't, free omit dll.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
