No images - 100% black output from LR6 video slideshow

hi, having generated number of video slideshows, lr6 generating entirely 'black' output. i've tried following procedures try identify problem, without success:

  • i've updated video drivers;
  • i've produced pdf slideshow using same images , videos generate 'black' output in 'video slideshow';
  • i've unsuccessfully tried producing video slideshows @ both 720p , 1020p;
  • 'preview' , 'play' in 'slideshow' module play expected, i.e. show slides , videos should be.
  • i've reset lr6 'preferences';
  • i've disabled gpu acceleration;
  • i've shut down , restarted lr6;
  • i've rebooted computer.

 

none of above actions have resolved problem.  fact able generate video slideshows lr6 suggests i've inadvertently changed setting can't imagine is. i'd appreciate suggestions re overcoming issue.

which dot release version of lightroom using?(6.1.1 or 6.2.1)

did made sure have latest version of quicktime installed?

what operating system?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
