Having problem activating my Lightroom 6 on my MAC

i bought lightroom 6 , dowloaded on win pc last week or so. unfortunately, before use lr, pc crushed , making hard run on it. bought new mac pc, on weekend (07/11/15). license windows & mac os, wanted download same software on mac. when redemption code asked provided came on card, system saying invalid. when asked apple representative when buying mac, advised if cannot make work, call them. when called, , after been waiting 10-15mins told, need try online. waiting ever chat me seems waiting ever. can advice, please? thank in advance!!!

since open forum, not adobe support... need contact adobe staff help

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
