I can't install Indesign

when try install indesign have error message "some items following products couldn't installed successfully

i have windows 7 (32)

any idea?

i'm going move downloading, installing & setting forum, going want more info. version of indesign trying install?

 

is there more detail error message? exact message help.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
