Exporting to video format from Flash CC to encoder creates a black screen with just sound

hello wondering if me,

 

i have made 10 min long flash presentation intended used video. however, when export encoder run , open presentation black screen , no sound.

 

i have lenovo g510 16gb of ram, 1 tb hardrive , shared graphics card.

1. did errors while exporting video?

2. did create file using timeline?

3. did use actionscript control part of file's play along timeline? there stop(); command in first frame?

4. did change framerate and/or image dimensions video of original flash stage?

5. did change video , audio compressor settings defaults?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
