Problem with Game Show Asset in Cap 9

downloaded game show asset , started game.  made changes in 2 questions.  saved , 1st preview perfect.  subsequent previews no changes not go past second slide.

 

i have tried 2 more downloads , encounter same problem.  have suggestion?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
