lr 2015 freezes during export

lr 6 freezes when exporting web gallery. using win 10 , approved graphics card. gpu turned off. latest lr version. pegs cpu @ 100% , freezes. locks entire computer.

as said latest can please mention exact version.

click -> lightroom

also saying graphic card unchecked means lightroom not using graphic card.

how trying export images.

is there external drive connected well.

please share screenshot of lightroom , task manager @ time of export.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
