Error message when trying to save a pdf

we have file saved on flash drive, use write sales , have been able rename , save on same flash drive in last couple of days not let us. gives "the document not saved.  file may read or opened user. please rename , save or save in folder". able save on desktop , drag flash drive not save on flash drive. on mac using os 10.11.1 , using acrobat pro 11.0.13. ideas why happening?

try this, open acrobat xi, navigate acrobat preferences -> security (enhanced) & add folder path of flash driver.

 

if still doesn't work, disable protected mode in acrobat preferences -> security (enhanced) test.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
