Flicker - Is it to do with shutter speed or hz?

i'm in europe lights 50hz... 0 flicker when shoot videos on 1/50 , 1/100th shutter.

 

i reading specs of camera , shows frame rates available in 60hz.. cause flicker? away shooting 30fps @ 1/50th shutter without flicker... "hz" part make difference when shutter right?

 

to ask in way - causes flicker, wrong shutter speed or wrong hz setting when shooting 30fps.

i've known people had issues fluorescent lights 'wrong' shutter speed electrical system hz, cameras. 1 thing you'll need test camera.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
