Can I create a DVD directly from Premiere (latest version) without using Encore?

i trying create dvd , blu-ray dvd premiere.  possible without using encore?

i use final cut pro , can share directly dvd, codec options limited.  loved encore because enabled me make menu screens

and nice looking menus.  guess days over.  have tried roxio..real problems there , limited menu screen options , other programs, none better than

the old encore.    but...can create directly premiere?  if so, how?  stumped.  don't want have final cut option.  of clients looking really

sharp, hdv looking dvds.  blu-ray fine, not play on every computer.  feeling both dvd , blu-ray relics.  new option?  clients ok with

flash drives, flash drives not played on hdtv.   solutions?

you can't burn directly disc premiere can still use cs6 version of encore, on windows, not sure latest mac os.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
