Can I create a Muse webpage such it's Child Pages could be open in different computers and talk to each other?

i want create website 4 child pages interact each other when open separately on 4 different computers.

is possible?

 

example:

website 3 child pages open on 3 different computers following triggers , targets:

 

pc #1 - child page #1 - confirm button (trigger)

pc #2 - child page #2 - confirmation accepted popup, result clicking "confirm" in computer/child page #1  (target)

pc #3 - child page #3 - schedule changed popup, result clicking "confirm" in computer/child page #1  (target)

 

any ideas highly appreciated.
