this not adobe. rather user user forum. need contact adobe store sales information seeking.
with can explore volume licensing versus purchasing individual licenses. on individual side of things, adobe allows "customer" use same purchased activated serial number on no more 2 of "customer's" computers, , no use both @ same time.
premiere elements not sold on subscription basis applications under creative cloud.
