I can no longer switch audio from Line out (external speakers) to headphones on new MacPro

premiere pro cc 2015 plays audio fine through external speakers 'line-out' selected output device.  when alt-click volume icon in top right corner of screen , switch "headphones" premiere continues play audio through external speakers.  not volume , mute buttons no longer work.  earlier morning functionality working fine.  went preferences--->playback-->video devices , checked boxes next adobe monitor 1 2 , 3.  problem started.  attached settings below...

hi,

 

what other options have in preferences > audio hardware under "default output" dropdown? can open mac "audio midi setup" panel , post screenshot?

 

also, under preferences playback, want select 1 monitor you'll use fullscreen output through transmit. others should remain deselected you'll using application window.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
