Recommendations for Video Call Capture Software that Doesn't Suck

we're recording calls in google hangout , facetime project.  quality sucks of course, real issue audio sync.  we're been using facetime call recorder , camtasia, both of have been driving me nuts, producing frame rates 30.30 fps , 11.49 fps. 

 

does have recommendations decent call recorders might give me halfway decent frame rates work with?

 

i take advice on how convert existing calls have.  thanks!

i don't use this, since don't screen recording, have seen mentioned

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
