I have a powerbook mac OS X 10.11.1 (el capitan) and it's impossible to install flash player

there no flash on computer, when want install , put password , it's written: failure installation, not writing permission (bad translation french).

on preference system , on security , privacy autorise download application everywhere.

on safari preferences-security- checked

does have idea me?

flash player requires admin permissions install.  user account using install adminstrator? 

 

please post screenshot (see the specified item not found.) of installer window error message.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
