I redeemed my card, but its still telling me i dont have access when i try to open in design.

so purchased student version of adobe creative cloud subscription , on sale 200 dollars @ student store.  went www.creativecloud.com/educard , entered code on back.  didn't remember password had reset that, after reset it, wad left page registration , when tried re type in code on back, said had been used, when try open in design tells me need renew subscription

the card has been redeemed under email address.you need activate membership.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
