Quickbooks install hangs up at Adobe Flash

running windows 7 business , trying install quickbooks 2012.  intuit quickbooks installer stops when gets to  "installing file fp_ax_msi_installer.exe  i've looked through adobe trouble shooting tips no avail.  have latest adobe flash.

i'm assuming quickbooks 2012 includes old version of flash player it's trying install , have newer version installed, causing failure.  can use uninstaller (uninstall flash player | windows) uninstall newer version of flash player , install quickbooks 2012.  since it's installing old version of flash player you'll want re-install latest version (launch ie , go https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer download latest version).

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
