PSE 13 does not open the result of photomerge exposure (german: Belichtung)

i trying create simple hdr picture bei using photomerge option in pse 13. open 3 pictures i´d merge, there opening window can choose between automatic , manual. in main window see final picture how should like. after clicking on "finished" actual result ist not opening, there ist 3 pictures wanted merge. know, doing wrong?

please go edit -> preferences -> general -> reset preferences on next launch .

if still see issue , please let me know os on working.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
