I can't install Creative Cloud on Windows 10?

     had brand-new computer built few days ago, running on windows 10. first thing attempted download cc photoshop on it. after downloading , running installer, ran, closed, , left app icon on desktop, when clicked icon, nothing happened. nothing attempts open, no error messages, nothing.

 

     attempted uninstall, when trying uninstall control panel, button doesn't anything. restarted computer , attempted uninstall, again, no use. trying again, locked out of start bar , forced use restore point. tried download , run again, same results.

 

     i'm able install , uninstall other programs fine, i'm thinking might issue on adobe's end. wish there error box popped up, troubleshoot that. first windows computer in long time, , i'm not tech-savvy want be, if means going files, i'd clear instructions.

• you may first open task manager , close adobe processes background. (eg- creative cloud, core sync, cc library, adobe desktop services, adobe ipc broker, adobe crash daemon etc)

    after try launching creative cloud again. if doesn't work then-

• run cleaner tool uninstall creative cloud creative cloud | uninstall creative cloud desktop app
•   install creative cloud through download adobe creative cloud apps | free adobe creative cloud trial
