aftereffects cs6 not show on adobe creative cloud. working in school district. error message is: "we experiencing issues, please try again later. if problem persists, contact customer support." has been going on 2 weeks, give or take. else shows up. there fixes? thanks

and if find system(s) is/are snuff, might have endure joys of adobe customer support.  lucky dog.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
