Adobe doesn't see my installed apps
hello! i've got cc on 2 computers. now, on 1 of computers adobe have started claim "have not installed application yet" , suggest me go trial versions or purchase plan. i've purchased plan 1 year ago, , applications i've installed working on both computers, on desktop 1 can't update them , can't since adobe cc claims don't have apps installed! should do? thank you.
please try change language setting of creative cloud apps , see if works, in case of activation try : https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
