Cannot delete creative cloud, need to update app.

i have mac. i've deleted creative cloud apps, creative cloud icon still shows in toolbar. cannot download new version installer app reason, , nothing working. incredibly frustrated, , of happened because creative cloud app not open. showed blank, white screen.
