PE14 (64bit) won't burn iso nor DVD (Win10, 64bit)

hi, burned isos , dvds using pe11 (32bit) on pcs under win7 , win10, both 64bit. recently, upgraded pe14 (64bit) burning either iso or dvd no longer works. process starts usual, burning session stops without specific message @ 1%. hours later, there no apparent progress. task manager depicts 2 processes: i) adobe premiere elements , ii) adobe premiere elements burning (32bit). in state, killing 2 processes option, because pe14 gui not respond.

 

what can do--other regress pe14 (32bit) or pe11 (32bit)?

first try uninstalling , reinstalling premiere elements 14.

 

also, in premiere elements preferences (under edit menu) uncheck option use graphics accelarator on general page and, on media page, clear media cache.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
