Radio button with price and text field to sum

hi,

i new acrobat forms , have sales form different products , price level (depending on warranty) selected.

is possible attribute cost each radio button , have total field amount selections?

please note there product 1: x4 radio button x4 costs - 1 selected, maybe none

than product 2: x4 radio buttons x4 different costs - 1 can selected, maybe none

in total there 9 products 4 price level each.

at bottom page there "total" field sum value of radio buttons selected.
