Why isn't My Organizer 14 is not importing PSD file formats?

my view files set show hidden files , media types selected.  states file format not accepted.  ??

the psd format default adobe format... should not happen.

when message appear? exact wording?

it's possible there special in particular psd files, should try import , show 'normal' psd files. can edit files, layers, , save them somewhere on computer: can import , show them in organizer?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
