Support for iPhone and iPad apps

ok app store offers app called photoshop express there photoshop slate along many others. assumed these apps in way supported adobe , placed in app store customers can take advantage of simple tasks on devices mentioned in subject line. spent half hour person referred me here forums. issue simple experiencing. both offer options use adobe id , password login. reason apps fail authenticate, can open safari on iphone example - go adobe online website page log in , accept credentials fine. if adobe doesn't support these apps shouldn't in app store in opinion. there here works adobe can explain why apps won't let me login (and correct problem). adobe creative cloud app fails let me log in although can use imac app , right in.

our apps meant able create when away desktop , want support use , users. bad having issues logging in express , slate. let know if have tried restarting apps , tried login again. might know device , operating system on.
