Is there any way to recover photos that disappeared, when Lightroom "unexpectedly" shut down, while exporting?

i new lightroom, have had 3 days new, & i'm not 100% familiar catalogs, etc. had imported 80 photos, edited them all, went export them.  before find folder wanted export them to, lr "unexpectedly shut down".  upon opening lr again, previous session working on, prior current 1 export up.  these 2 shoots had worked in lr, & 1 gone.  chance there's way i'm able recover it, if hadn't had chance export yet..?

you don't see images in lightroom catalog anymore after crash or still see grey previews ! mark on it.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
