The Image That I Added Changed the Width of the Website (File Attached)

i added wide image in top of page. want people high resolution see more

parts of image , people lower resolution see smaller part of image.

i added image , on left side of website fine right side of website extended.

how make picture not affect width of website?

have tried placing full width rectangle box , insert image fitting scale fill.

it might on trying achieve.
