PS CS5 on a mac won't open

i have ps cs5 on mac , receiving error message saying, "unexpected , unrecoverable error has occurred" , quits. have solutions problem?

 

update video card driver first , see if fixes it.

 

did start happening?

 

which os version have?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
