Poor Resolution in PDF Files with 2015-009-20077 Adobe Reader

the resolution inside pdf printed text horrible ... document unreadable. on earth has adobe done latest release of adobe reader (2015.009.20077) ?  there way fix this? i've tried adjusting things under edit - preferences no avail.

open reader navigate menu & repair installation.

also navigate edit menu -. preferences -> page display & increase custom resolution.

 

let me know if see improvement.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
