can't log in with old ID, no password and defunct email. tried new but asks for old password

hi, i'm trying download asks password under old id. don't have password or access to  old email account. tried set new account requires old password. did chat 1.5 hours , told go forum. see similar problems no solutions.

create new account using adobe id that's email address control.

 

if have account using address , don't know corresponding password, click forgot password option.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
