Problems Using the free trial of Acrobat DC - editing & converting to word doc

am using mac.  tried edit pdf highlighting , inserting comments.  after saving doc, not remove highlighting or comments.  else problem?  how did solve?

 

i converted pdf word doc , tried again.  when edited word doc, formatting became problem.  either cannot retain formatting (like layout of table of contents) or retained formatting when wanted delete page breaks.

 

anyone else encounter problem?  how did solve it?

 

of course can't find offer support, i.e. customer service.  why want purchase headache?

open file in acrobat, under comments tool see highlights & comments. right click & select properties, un-check "locked" field & try delete comments/highlights.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
