Salesforce esign error message when creating agreement templates


i have spent on week trying start trial salesforce integration adobe dc/esign.

 

one of marketing associates @ adobe document services activated trial can test salesforce integration our company before purchase.

we encountered numerous problems activated, successful last friday. unfortunately still encountering issues , cannot put agreement template.

 

when select 'esign services admin' followed 'agreement templates', receive following error message:


 

invalid page redirection
the page attempted access has been blocked due redirection outside website or improperly coded link or button. please contact salesforce.com administrator assistance. more information, see insufficient privileges errors.

 

click here return previous page.


furthermore, when select 'manage agreements' following error message:


  • country: there's problem country, though may appear correct. please select country list of valid countries.
  • update failed. first exception on row 0 id 00524000000xc4zaaq; first error: field_integrity_exception, there's problem country, though may appear correct. please select country list of valid countries.: [country]

 

i have been in touch both salesforce , adobe. salesforce have told me contact adobe, , after spending hour through adobe customer chat, referred forums.

 

after week of terrible customer service, still without answer , cannot test software.

 

please can asap?
