Premiere Pro is unusable after the El Capitan OS update.


i'm new working software experiences major issues whenever new operating system rolled out, updated el capitan showed on imac without second thought. mistake have made once , never again. premiere work thirty seconds before experiencing complete shut down due "unknown error." i've browsed enough forums know there won't fix until adobe releases update or several , option revert older os until then.

 

this unacceptable. don't have luxury of enough external hard drive space take files i've saved since update , move them somewhere else can revert backup that's 2 months old. there no warning adobe not update el capitan (that made aware of) , therefore, doesn't matter @ fault, adobe no longer providing me program can use, still have pay it. want refunded last month of subscription because i've been able put in maximum of 5 minutes on project before i've saved 15 copies of same project , edited maybe 1 piece of dialogue before shuts down completely. i'm paying service need job i'm unable use. don't know how contact them phone because work during day , i'm hoping employee sees message , can @ least give me ******** how we'd happy cancel subscription , forever complaining.

 

i'm looking advice on how refunded subscription in light of adobe's complete inability operate past couple of months. if have of that, i'd appreciate it.
