keep having to log in to LR Mobile

just feedback really. on iphone have login either lightrooms/capture etc every other day on average. have cramping style. launches initial screen giving hints if had installed it, have log in.

 

i thought perhaps apps had been updated nothing in app store suggest this.

 

i have real long password, not 1 can remember inhibits spontaneity because invariably have log in means digging through manager find it.

 

dropbox etc once logged in stay way, adobe mobile apps need same

thanks posting this; it's first i've heard repeated sign-in capture. i've checked in capture team see if cropped them (i haven't had problem myself it's possible have). in meantime, couple of questions:

 

you mentioned lightroom; seeing problem other of our mobile apps?

what version of ios using?

by chance use this/these apps on ipad? if so, having same problem there?

is there consistency regard "when" sign-in request happening? (in other words... happen when launch? happening when you're in middle of doing something? when don't have internet connection?

 

sorry trouble. having sign in repeatedly pain.
