Problems with downloading creative cloud

i installed creative cloud on own mac , worked/is working fine. said possible download on 2 computers , not working. have write serialnumber cant find anywhere (yes have checked everywhere can). know can do?

you don't need serial number creative cloud .

in case getting error trial

first, sign out , in creative cloud, using same adobe id used pay subscription,

then, if launch cc 2015 product , pop still shows trial message window, please see link resolution:
