All programs crashing before even launching, error 0xc000001d

i installed creative cloud on windows desktop computer (windows 7) , wanted download , install premiere, media encoder, photoshop , after effects. after installing first time tried open premiere , came "adobe premiere unable launch" , other stuff in dialogue box few seconds later dialogue box came "the application unable start correctly (0xc000001d). click ok close application." same thing happened other 3 programs too. have tried uninstalling , reinstalling few times now, twice removing creative cloud entirely , clearing system. updated windows 7 sp1 thing read solved similar problem lot of other people on forum, no avail. trying reinstall yet again. frustrating, have massive project due friday , going have on laptop has tendency crash lot.... please tell me can help!

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
